1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ConvoStudio ("the Service"), a product of Digify Platforms, Inc ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ConvoStudio is a web-based tool that allows users to create, preview, and export conversation-style videos. The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers with varying features and limits.

3. Accounts

You may use certain features as a guest without an account. To save conversations to the cloud and access premium features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the conversations and videos you create using ConvoStudio. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for the content you create. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Impersonate real people without their consent
• Create or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Fabricate fake conversations to defame, harass, or deceive others

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.

6. Free Tier

The free tier includes limited features as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time. Existing saved conversations will not be deleted if limits are reduced.

7. Intellectual Property

The ConvoStudio platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Digify Platforms, Inc. The chat theme designs are inspired by popular messaging apps and are used for creative and educational purposes under fair use principles.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal usage
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Use the Service to generate spam or unsolicited communications

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digify Platforms, Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
