ConvoStudio ("we", "us", "our") is a product of Digify Platforms, Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use ConvoStudio ("the Service").

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password (or authentication via magic link).

Conversation Data: Text conversations you create and save are stored on our servers when you are signed in. Guest users' data is stored locally in the browser.

Usage Data: We collect basic usage analytics such as pages visited, features used, and error logs to improve the Service.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of payment data.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service
• To sync your conversations across devices
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To send transactional emails (account verification, password resets)
• To improve the Service and fix bugs

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. Conversation content is stored as structured data (not plain text files) and is associated with your user account. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and implement access controls to protect your data at rest.

5. Data Retention

Your conversation data is retained as long as your account is active. When you delete a conversation, it is permanently removed from our servers. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe for payment processing
• Email delivery services for transactional emails

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing data handling.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your conversations

We use local storage (not cookies) to store authentication tokens and guest conversation data. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

9. Children's Privacy

ConvoStudio is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
